Error correction is adjustable, so you can still scan a code that is partly covered by a logo or printed small.

No. The code encodes your content directly; there is no redirect service in the middle.
Can I add a logo?
Not in this generator. Use a higher error-correction level if you overlay a logo in a design tool.
What is the smallest printable size?
About 2 cm per side for a short URL at level M; larger content needs more space.
Is there a scan limit?
No. Static codes work forever and are never rate-limited.
