PDF Compressor rewrites a PDF's internal images and fonts so the document takes less space without turning text into a picture. A 12 MB scan usually lands between 1.5 and 3 MB at the default setting, and text stays selectable.
It is built for the awkward cases: an attachment that bounces at a 10 MB mailbox limit, a portfolio that loads slowly, or a scan that has to go through a portal with a hard size cap.

How much smaller will my PDF get?
It depends on what is inside. Image-heavy scans typically drop 60–85%. Text-only PDFs are already efficient and may shrink only 5–15%.
Will the text stay selectable?
Yes. Compression re-encodes images and subsets fonts; it does not flatten the page into a bitmap.
Is there a file size limit?
Uploads up to 2 GB are accepted. Very large files take longer because every page is processed.
Are my files stored?
No. Files are processed for the single job and deleted automatically within 60 minutes.
