About Audio Cutter
Audio Cutter trims a clip to a start and end time, so you can pull a quote out of an interview, cut a ringtone, or remove dead air at the beginning of a recording.
The cut is applied at the container level where possible, which keeps the remaining audio intact.

Questions about Audio Cutter
Is the cut precise?
It is frame-accurate for compressed formats to within a few milliseconds, which is inaudible.
Can I cut several sections?
One range per job. Run the tool again for additional clips.
Does cutting reduce quality?
No re-encode happens when the format allows a stream copy.
Can I make a ringtone?
Yes — cut to about 30 seconds and export as M4R-compatible audio if your phone requires it.
